## Getting Started

How to Log Your Weight

1. Open the app
2. Enter your weight for the day
3. Tap “Save”

– Enable Apple Health integration in the app settings
– Your weight data will automatically sync with Apple Health
– Thus, other apps linked to Apple Health will show your inputs too

## Frequently Asked Questions

### How often should I log my weight?
We recommend logging your weight once daily, preferably at the same time each day for the most consistent measurements.

### Can I edit or delete an entry?
Yes! To edit or delete a weight entry:
1. Find the entry in your history
2. Slide entry to the left.
3. Select “Delete”

### How is my data stored?
All your weight data is stored locally on your device. If you enable Apple Health integration, it will also sync with your Apple Health data.

### Can I export my data?
Currently, your data syncs with Apple Health if enabled. Direct data export features may be added in future updates.
